He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Malone Gregory; his son Steven Dwight Gregory (Becky) of Cullman, Alabama; his daughter-in-law Patty Gregory of Athens, Tennessee; his grandsons, Matthew Gregory, Austin Gregory of Athens and Jesse Gregory of Cullman, Alabama; his great grandchildren, Briley Reese Gregory of Cullman, Alabama, River Jean Gregory of Cullman, Alabama and Ivie Parker of Cullman, Alabama; and his siblings, Susie Kay Watson of Englewood, Nancy Ferrell of Etowah, Tennessee, George Gary Gregory (Ruth), Richard Gregory (Debbie) of Athens and Tommy Gregory (Gerri) of Gladwin, Michigan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
