She is survived by: her children, Dennis Evans (Laurie), Kim Evans (Kathie), Jeff Evans (Shirley), Jason Evans (Leah) and Benita Evans; and her brother Samuel Douglas Self, Jr.. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
