We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2024, at the age of 66, Debbie Purcell of Englewood, Tennessee, born in Washington, District of Columbia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred Mitchell Purcell; and her father Richard Anthony Burnett. She is survived by: her children, Carolyn A. Purcell of Englewood, TN and Robert M. Purcell; her daughter-in-law Angela Purcell; her grandchildren, Wyatt, Easton, Isaiah Purcell of Niota, TN and Patricia Bly Burnett; her son Richard Burnett Jr.; and her siblings, Deale, MD, Judy Jarboe, Stacy Owens and Lothian, MD. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
