With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Slack of Englewood, Tennessee, who passed away on January 15, 2025 at the age of 72. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Slack and Barbara Slack; and his sister Billie Cowart. He is survived by: his siblings, Carolyn Lockmiller (Creed) and Michael Slack. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other loved family members.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Wildwood Cemetery.
