It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christine Newman (Englewood, Tennessee), who passed away on March 18, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Triplett and Pearl Triplett of Benton; her siblings, John, Kenneth Triplett and Eva Triplett; and her children-in-law, Bryant Martin and Sandy Newman.
She is survived by: her children, Eddie (Claudia Newman), Joe Newman (Elizabeth Blair) of Englewood, TN, Evelyn (Art Walker) and Carol Martin of Etowah, TN; her grandchildren, Sallie (Wendell Cate), Joey (Kelly Newman), Jeremi (Jackie Martin), Eric (Vanessa Martin), Brenton Martin of Etowah, TN and Cameron Smith of Knoxville, TN; her great grandchildren, Zack Cate, Abbie Cate, Zoey Newman, Russell Newman, Molly Harrop, Annabeth Martin, Walker Martin, Emma Martin, Addyson Martin, Jacob Martin, Gavin Martin, Greyson Murdock Martin, Mason Goins and Amy Goins; her great great grandchildren, Mackenzie Cate, Benjamin Mullen, Anslee Cate and Zack Cate, Jr.; her siblings, Curtis, Dan Triplett and Gina Sampson; and her nieces, Jeannie Norman and Annette Davis.
