He is survived by: his wife Nellie Worthy; his daughters, Lisa Worthy and Angela McLemore; his son-in-law Leon McLemore; his grandchildren, Serenity Worthy and Charles Daniel McLemore; his brother James Worthy, Jr.; and his siblings-in-law, Loucille, Irene, Gena Faye, Mag and Don Harris (Janice).
