He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Preskitt and Betty Lou Preskitt; and his brother Alan Preskitt. He is survived by: his wife Jane Preskitt; his children, Racheal (Dustin Owens), Molly (Chase Cook), Tony (Demi Preskitt) and Kristin Preskitt; his grandchildren, Taylor, Madalyn, Ellis, Elizabeth, Charlie, Danny and Riley; and his sisters, Denise (Steve Gibbs) and Karol (Jim Sornsin). He is also survived by niece and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bordwine Funeral Home (203 Ohio Ave, Etowah, TN 37331). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the St. Joseph (649 Old Tellico Hwy N, Madisonville, TN 37354). A burial was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the McMinn Memory Gardens (1727-1739 Co Rd 560, Athens, TN 37303).
