She was predeceased by: her parents, Giles Buchanan and Ida Lou Buchanan; her sons, Gerald Keith Millsaps and Kelvin Kent Millsaps; her siblings, Wanda McDaniel and Wayne Buchanan; and her grandson Joseph Scott Millsaps.
She is survived by: her sons, Mike (April Millsaps) and Scott "Sloopy" Millsaps; her sister Ruby Smith; and her grandchildren, Zack (Lauren Millsaps), Cassie (Josh Sanders), Josh (Megan Millsaps), Skiver, Hayden Millsaps and Keisha Standridge. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
