She is survived by: her husband Justin Hickman; her children, Tayleigh Faith Hickman of Elmwood, Taytum Lane Hickman of Elmwood and Emery Hope Hickman of Elmwood; her parents, Daniel Mofield and Crystal Mofield of Carthage; her grandparents, Robert, Teresa Mofield of Carthage, Glenda Gibbs of Elmwood, Ricky and Jennie Faye Grisham of Elmwood; her sisters, Taylor Beth Mofield of Cookeville and Gracie Leigh Mofield of Kempville; and her stepsons, Jace Hickman of Elmwood and Kayden Hickman of Elmwood.

The family has requested no flowers and memorials to assist with funeral expenses.
