He is survived by: his wife Donna Russell of Elkton; his children, Charles Russell of Illinois, David Russell of Illinois, Mark Russell Of of Ohio, Mike Haislip of Tennessee, Debra Brezenski of Illinois and Doris Bennett of Tennessee; and his siblings, Tendel Russell of Arizona, Margaret Miller of Alabama, Cherylene Swearingen of Alabama, Doris Ables of Alabama and Jody Russell of Tennessee. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
