He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Laws McKinney; his children, Chris McKinney (Darla), Tammie Jones (Phil), Amanda Strickland (Drew) and Cody McKinney; his daughter-in-law Sheila McKinney; and his siblings, Jeff McKinney and Ruth Brown. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and twelve great grandchildren.
