She was predeceased by: her father Cletus Ray Burns. She is survived by: her mother Carol Jones Fuller; her husband Randall Allen Willis; her children, Matthew Willis (Allison), Zachary Willis (Charity) and Brittany Elliott (Phillip); her grandchildren, Levi, Riley, Ella Mae, Michaelyn and Elijah; and her siblings, Duane Burns, Rodney Burns, Aaron Burns, Miranda Steele and Destiny McWain. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Word of Life Church (490 Okolona Rd, Johnson City, TN 37601). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 6:00 PM and on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 10:50 AM. A graveside service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fairview Cemetery (1033 Leesburg Rd, Jonesborough, TN 37659). A committal service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
For those who prefer in lieu of flowers the family suggests that contributions be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
