He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Langford, Myrtle Fortner, Raymond and Ethel Perry. He is survived by: his parents, Larry Perry and Betti Fortner Perry of Elizabethton; his daughter Melenda Egolf (Alijah) of Elizabethton; his stepdaughter Kasey Taylor of Elizabethton; his son Chris Perry (Brittany Souvannakhily) of Elizabethton; and his grandchildren, Natalie, Rowen, Kinzley, Sadie and Winsley.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 5:00 PM at 426 River Islands Rd, Elizabethton, TN 37643.
