He is survived by: his parents, Walter Clyde Dugger and Norma Ruth Irick Dugger of Elizabethton; his wife Ginger Sparger Dugger; his children, Nathan Dugger of Elizabethton and Bethany Wachterman; his siblings, Glenn Dugger and Sherry Ayers; his niece Emily Dugger; and his nephews, Ian Dugger, Austin Ayers, Eli Ayers and Kevin Sparger.
