She was predeceased by: her parents, Brown Lowe and Lilith Potter Lowe; her husband Roy Allen Dugger; and her sons, Jeff and Carl Guy.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Chad Guy, Ethan Guy, Renee Guy and Michelle Guy.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Chapel (212 N Main St, Elizabethton, TN 37643). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
