With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Ann Mills of Elizabethton, Tennessee, born in Olney, Maryland, who passed away on July 31, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Richard Howard; and her husband William "Buck" Mills. She was also cherished by thirteen children and were gifted with many Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, and Great-Great Grandchildren.
