She is survived by: her husband Frank Lowell Garrison; her son Randy; her daughter-in-law Vanessa Garrison of Morristown; and her sisters, Annie Lee Garrison, Mary Frances Owenby and Phyllis Miller.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Tetrick Funeral Home of Elizabethton With (211 N Riverside Dr, Elizabethton, TN 37643). A celebration of life was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 1:50 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mountain Home National Cemetery (53 Memorial Ave, Mountain Home, TN 37684).
