She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Kempton and Deborah Forrest Kempton. She is survived by: her husband William Phillips (Bill); her children, Jeremy Archanbea of Elizabethton and Melissa Williams; her grandchildren, Logan Archanbea and Katie Williams; and her siblings, Raymond Kempton and Julie Sexton.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Borderview Christian Church (1338 Bristol Hwy, Elizabethton, TN 37643). A celebration of life was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
