He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray White and Linda Ruth White. He is survived by: his wife Angel White; his children, Logan Thomas (Lucas), Lacy Sparks (Phil) and Levi White; and his grandchildren, Brody Luke Thomas, Saylor Thomas and Aria Sparks. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and other family members.
