He is survived by: his wife Shelby Hartley; his daughter Anita Garland (James Garland) of Knoxville; his cousin Carolyn Hulse; his brother-in-law Harley Campbell; his nephew Michael Dill; his nieces, Madeline R Dill and Lori McMillian; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Macey, Lacey and Gracie McMillian. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
