He is survived by: his wife Jacklin Perkins; his daughters, Jamie Perkins and Paula Perkins Cohen (Eddy); his grandchildren, Mason and Kaia; and his half-brother Melvin Lefever (Terry). He is also survived by several other family members and close friends.
