He is survived by: his wife Jacklin Perkins; his daughters, Jamie Perkins and Paula Perkins Cohen (Eddy); his grandchildren, Mason and Kaia; and his half-brother Melvin Lefever (Terry). He is also survived by several other family members and close friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Tetrick Funeral Home (211 N Riverside Dr, Elizabethton, TN 37643). A celebration of life was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
