She was loved and cherished by many people including: her brothers, Kenneth Hartley and Dean Bailey; her husband Joseph Slagle; her children, Jeffrey Guy, Jr., Eric Guy (Jessica), Crystal Guy (Jeffrey Stines, Jr.), Kathy Slagle and Joshua Slagle (Lucy); her father Jimmy Ward; and her siblings, Lenny Ward (Shirley) and Teresa Williams.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Chapel (212 N Main St, Elizabethton, TN 37643). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
