She was predeceased by: her parents, Anderson Stout and Veulah Nidiffer Stout; her husband Garrett Burns; and her brother Virgil Stout. She is survived by: her sons, Gary Buckles (Carol) and Tony Buckles (Debbie); and her sister Jean Parlier. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren.
