She was predeceased by: her father Jess Troutman; her husband Ted Marshall Barnett; and her brothers, William "Bill" Carl Troutman and Donald "Don" Neal Troutman. She is survived by: her mother Pauline Troutman (Shell); her daughter Terri Ann Barnett Blevins (Carter Lee Blevins) of Elizabethton; her granddaughters, Sarah Leanne Blevins Putland (Steve) of Elizabethton and Atalee McDonald of Elizabethton; her siblings, Jim Troutman of Elizabethton and Ella Mae Street (Richard) of Gray; and her nieces and nephews, Tammy Daniel (Gary) of Gray, Bill Troutman (Karri) of Kingsport, Brad Street (Alana) of Gray, Todd Troutman (Sandy) of Flowery Branch, GA, Tim Troutman (Tammy) of Elizabethton, Tina Arwood (Neal) of Knoxville, Jamey Troutman of Elizabethton, Tabetha Troutman of Nashville, Jessica King (Ben) of Pulaski, Virginia, Justin Barnette (Carla) of Roan Mountain and Gordon Barnette (Bridgette) of Roan Mountain.
