With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary G Grindstaff McKinney of Elizabethton, Tennessee, who passed away on February 22, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Grindstaff and Addie Dunlap Grindstaff; her husband Jimmy McKinney; and her brother Jimmy Grindstaff. She is survived by: her brother Jerry Grindstaff (Teresa); her niece Adrianne Hatley (Brian); her nephews, Jeremy Grindstaff (Sarah) and James Grindstaff (Christina); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Taylor Grindstaff, Heather Morris, Josh Grinestaff, Jack Grindstaff and Addie Grindstaff; her close friend Lisa Nidiffer; and also Aubrey Morris.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Happy Valley Memorial Park (2708 Elizabethton Hwy, Johnson City, TN 37601).
