He is survived by: his son Chase Scalf; his parents, Lois Nelson Scalf and James Scalf; his siblings, Angela Scalf, Allen Scalf and Chris Scalf; his sister-in-law Margaret; and his close friends, Josh Hilmon and Jeremy Burleson.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
