He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kyle Campbell and Ethel Campbell (Smith); his wife Phyllis Campbell (Davenport); his sons, Mason Campbell of Butler and Charles Campbell (Jennifer) of Kingsport; his grandchildren, Jude Campbell and Moriah Campbell; his siblings, Steve Campbell of Elizabethton, Nelda Hatley (Doug) of Butler and Patricia Widener (Maurice) of Mountain City; and his siblings-in-law, George and Melissa Davenport.
The family requests in lieu of flowers donations be made in Keith's honor to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
