He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Dugger and Celia Church Dugger; his wife Patricia Ann Main Dugger; and his brothers, Danny Dugger and Allen Dugger.
He is survived by: his daughters, Crystal Brandon (Rowdy) of Johnson City and Lacey Cochran (Randy) of Topton, NC; his grandchildren, Cody Dugger of Johnson City, Alysia Stevens of Johnson City, Jayden of Elizabethton and Maddie Perry of Elizabethton; his close friends, Steve Dugger, Kevin Dugger, Charles Dugger and Harold Dugger; his sisters, Irene Dugger and JoAnn Dugger; and his former wife Nola Gay Dugger.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Et Tetrick Funeral Home (211 N Riverside Dr, Elizabethton, TN 37643). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 2:45 PM at the Et Piney Grove Cemetery.
