As Janet departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Janet. Though Janet may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hyder and Pearl Hyder; and her husband William Fritz. She is survived by: her son John Jamison (Kaitlynn); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Jamison, Kayelyn, Breanna and Natalie Trew; and her brother Wayne Fleenor.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Chapel (212 N Main St, Elizabethton, TN 37643). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Elizabeth Catholic Church (510 W C St, Elizabethton, TN 37643). A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 at the Little Cemetery.
