She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Jeff Payne; her parents, Junior Stanley and Brenda Stanley; her siblings, Sonya Stanley, Kim Stanley Whalen and Rick Garrison; her nephews, James Whalen, Andrew Whalen, Ricky Garrison, Jase Garrison and Eric Fair; her niece Alicia Fair; her aunts, Linda McDowell, Susie Fair and Janet Bouton; and her pets, Muffy, Locky and Zaxby.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 at 1:45 PM at the Memorial Funeral Chapel (212 N Main St, Elizabethton, TN 37643). A graveside service was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Happy Valley Memorial Park.
