She was predeceased by: her parents, Arvel Laws and Scarlet Faye Pierce Laws; her husband Robert Eddie Howard; and her sisters, Ruth Thomas and Jewell "Judy" Laws.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Carpenter; her siblings, Shirley Campbell (David) and Charles Edward Laws (Sue); her granddaughter Samantha Carpenter; her great grandchildren, Autumn Rayne Carpenter and Elijah James Carpenter; and her friend Barbara Campbell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Laws Cemetery (3401 Little Dry Run Rd, Butler, TN 37640).
