She was predeceased by: her father Carmon Eugene Dugger, Sr.; her brother Carmon Eugene Dugger, Jr.; her niece Kimberly Christine Harper; her nephew Curtis James Dugger; and also Michael Fitchett.
She is survived by: her mother Charlotte Grace Hendrix Dugger of Elizabethton; her siblings, Catherine "Cathy" Harper, Curtis P. Dugger of Elizabethton and Charles Dugger (Diane) of Elizabethton; her nieces and nephews, Martha Dugger, Ellie Dugger, Adam Dugger and Brian Dugger; her great-nephew Ashton Dugger; her great-nieces, Karlei Nox Reyes and Helaiyna Reyes; her cousin Jan Dugger; and her aunts, Janene Allen and Linda Shelton. She is also survived by 8 cats and one dog.
