He is survived by: his wife Sally Campbell Waycaster; his son Steven Waycaster (Stephanie); his brother Steve Waycaster (Rita); his adoptive mother Lelia Burdge (Gary); his siblings, Charlie Johnson (Shilo) and Sasha Johnson; his nephews, Justin Waycaster (Jessica) and Joseph Waycaster; his brothers, Donnie (Jenny Blevins), Ronnie (Patty Blevins), Kevin (Robin Campbell) and Micky Campbell; and his close friends, Tammy, Kim Garland, Amber, Preston Belcher, Chris, Lisa Puttman, Jane, Gerald Buckles and Paula Ensor.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Chapel (212 N Main St, Elizabethton, TN 37643). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Elizbeth.
