He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Maggie Stout and William Ed Stout; his wife Janice Potter Stout; his sisters-in-law, Barbara Moffett, Helen Blevins and Brenda Sneed; his pets, Ace, Maci, Rosie, Peanut, Chipper, Lady and Aspen; and also Creed Guy.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pleasant Beach Baptist Church (125 Watauga Rd, Elizabethton, TN 37643). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Happy Valley Memorial Park-Mausoleum of Peace (2708 Elizabethton Hwy, Johnson City, TN 37601).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Pleasant Beach Baptist Church building fund.
