He was predeceased by: his parents, George McKinney and Irene Guinn McKinney. He is survived by: his son Jason McKinney; his siblings, Joyce Ramey (Kelsey) and Bob McKinney; and the mother of his child Susan McKinney. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 10:50 AM. A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Happy Valley Memorial Park (2708 Elizabethton Hwy, Johnson City, TN 37601).
