He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Cline; his sons, Tim Cline (Tina) of Elizabethton and Kevin Cline of Elizabethton; his grandchildren, Jessica Watkins (Brian) of Piney Flats and Derek Cline (Kendra) of Elizabethton; his great grandchildren, Caroline Cline and Camille Cline of Elizabethton; and his brothers, Arthur Cline (June) of Bassett, VA and Danny Cline.
