He is survived by: his wife Betty Jones Scoggins; his sons, Eric Scoggins and Eddie Scoggins; his grandchildren, Brooke Bennington Rogers, Idaleen Scoggins, Titus Scoggins, Anna Scoggins and Aiden Scoggins; his great grandchild Silas James Rogers; his sister Jean Scoggins; and his nieces, Sonya and Debbie.
