It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Carr of East Ridge, Tennessee, who passed away on May 16, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Harbin R. Carr; and her children, Toni Barksdale and Bobby Carr. She is survived by: her daughter Linda Frederichsen; her granddaughters, Dana Scarboro (Howie) and Ashley Davis; and her great great grandchildren, Savannah Scarboro and Hunter Davis.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Virginia's memory to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
