He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Francis and Edna Jo Francis; and his daughter Kathy Stanfield. He is survived by: his wife Nelda Ruth Francis; his children, Donna Howell (Doug) and Tommy Francis (Robin); his grandchildren, Haylie Nash (Chris), Denyse Dubberstein (Craig), Steven Francis (Val), Matthew Francis (Abagail), Casey Holder (Blake), Christian Francis, David Stanfield and Destiny Stanfield; and his sister Deborah Powell (Joe). He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
