It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Ratchford of East Ridge, Tennessee, who passed away on February 3, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her former husband L. "Pete" Ratchford; her grandson Blake Ratchford; and her siblings, Paul Werndli, Peggy Tate and Betty Williams.

She is survived by: her husband Gordon Ratchford; and her sons, Barry Ratchford (Sue), Dr. Ricky Ratchford (Sheree), Bradley Ratchford (Becky), Lonnie Ratchford (Vicki) and Leslie Ratchford (Nancy). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.
