It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rachel Elizabeth Shipman of East Ridge, Tennessee, who passed away on December 25, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles N. Shipman and Dottie Belle Carpenter Shipman; and her siblings, William C. Shipman and Madge Loggins (Marvin). She is survived by: her nephews, Tom Loggins (Judy), David Loggins (Marsha) and Ed Loggins. She is also survived by five great-nephews; three great-great nieces and five great-great nephews.
