He was predeceased by: his father Henry Erskine Tullis; his wife Barbara Lively Tullis; and his brother Kyle Tullis. He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Tullis-Hartman and Michael Tullis (Julie); his granddaughter Miranda Tullis; and his sister Gayle Robinson.
