He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxwell Lackey and Marjorie Ficken Lackey. He is survived by: his wife Charlene; his children, Chris Womack (Mike) and Brian Lackey (Jacqueline); his grandchildren, Reece, Preston Lackey, Garrett Burnett, Anna Womack and Ryan Womack; his brother Bobby Lackey (Beth); and his aunt Doris Anderson. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, cousins and his brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the Chattanooga Funeral Home East Chapel (404 S Moore Rd, East Ridge, TN 37412). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Chattanooga National Cemetery (1200 Bailey Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404).
