He is survived by: his wife Charlene; his children, Chris Womack (Mike) and Brian Lackey (Jacqueline); his grandchildren, Reece, Preston Lackey, Garrett Burnett, Anna Womack and Ryan Womack; his brother Bobby Lackey (Beth); and his aunt Doris Anderson. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, cousins and his brothers and sisters.
