It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Janice Gail Vaughn of East Ridge, Tennessee, who passed away on October 17, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Vaughn; her parents, James Edward and Clara Rains Simmons; and her sister Jerri Simmons Harper. She is survived by: her children, Carla Samples and James Michael Vaughn (Pat) of East Ridge, TN. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
