He was predeceased by: his father David Hicks. He is survived by: his wife Courtney H. Hicks; his sons, Jonathan Humber (Kathryn) and Daniel Humber (Kelly); his grandson Lucas; his sons, Ryan and William Humber; his mother Jean Shearer; his siblings, Sandy, Sidoni, Michelle, David and Lloyd; and his sisters-in-law, Joy Bond and Elaine Harrison. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; many great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in JR's memory may be made to either the National Multiple Sclerosis Society or the American Diabetes Association.
