He is survived by: his friend James; his daughters, Alicia Morrison and Rosa Rievley; his grandchildren, Andy Morrison, Alex Morrison, David Rievley III and Rebecca Rievley; and his sister Helen Irwin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
