She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Roth and Gertrude Roth; and her siblings, Martha Watson of Hohenwald, TN and Freddie Roth of Hohenwald, TN.. She is survived by: her husband James R. Lewis (Jim); her children, Bryan Dean Lewis (Natalie) of Murfreesboro, TN, Mark Douglas Lewis of Flintstone, GA and Tracy Lynnea Henson (Jeff) of Cartersville, Georgia; her sister Wilma Ann Churchwell (J. W.) of Hohenwald, TN; her grandchildren, Shelby Nicole Lewis, Rachel Ann Marie Crowder (Michael), Catherine Lorraine Henson, Alyssa Faith Henson, Alexis Paige Henson and Samuel James Lewis (Samantha); and her great grandchildren, Nora Rose Lewis, Athena Legg, Max Henson and C. J. Henson. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
