She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Hugh Garland and Alma Rebecca Silver Garland; and her brother David Garland. She is survived by: her husband William Travis Cagle; her children, Randall Travis Cagle (Amye Richelle Warren), Rebecca Price (Ken) and Christine J. Holst (John); and her grandchildren, Ashley Ellison, Taylor A. Price, Dylan E. Holst and Drew Cagle.
