Ella Mae Ivester Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ella Mae Ivester of East Ridge, Tennessee, born in Gordon, Georgia, who passed away on July 23, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ella Mae Brannon Ivester and Marcella; her husband William Paul Ivester; and her siblings, Faye Thatcher, Marcella Cochran, Annie Bell Burchett, Adell Mulkey, Dee Brannon, Billy Brannon and Max Brannon.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Ivester Abbott (Jerry) and Gerald Ivester (Julie); and her siblings-in-law, James Ivester and Beverly Ivester of Homestead, FL. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Ridgedale Baptist Church or St. Jude Children's Hospital in memory of her niece Sabrina Thatcher.
