She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Haney and Sallie Wilson Haney; her husband Jack M. Poole; her daughters, Francis Strickland and Teri Massingill; her grandson Johnnie Massingill; and her siblings, Glenna Smith, Iona Baker, Bertha Keller, Melvin Haney and Reed Haney.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Shawnna Skiles (Richard), Benji Strickland and J. C. Strickland; her great grandchildren, Justin Young (Elizabeth) and Ryan Young (Morgan); her great great grandchildren, Ryker and Logan Little; and her sisters, Faye Byassee, Gene Hicks and June Durham (Jim).
